What are your shipping charges?
We use USPS Priority Shipping, usually taking between 2 and 3 days for delivery. The shipping amount is based on the number of items ordered.

2 - 4 items	$	9.99
5 - 9 items	$	18.99
10 items or more	FREE

What is the Return Policy?
Before returning items please email us at: CustomerService@GAFFApparel.com. We will need your order number. You have 14 days from the shipping date to return wrong or damaged items.  You are responsible for the return postage charges. We do not do exchanges. Once we receive your items we will then credit your credit card for the amount due. Please place a copy of your invoice in the box and note the items being returned. This helps to expedite the process and eliminate mistakes.

How can I track my order?
When your order is shipped, we will email you a shipping confirmation email. If tracking service is available, we will include the tracking number. If you have additional questions, please use our Contact Us form and send us an email at CustomerService@GAFFApparel.com.
